Valkyrie profile Chronicles help

Well i wanted ask some questions so you guys can give me a hand. (Up to who want really ).

I m making 3 series of sprite movies. The important one is Valkyrie Profile chronicles.

What about it ? i decided use the same stuff of the game and make a long cange in the history about how each char was joining and how even the story is different from the actual game in many parts.

Programs i will use:

Macromedia fireworks 8 ( i m kidna good at it but i think if someone has tutorials or a page from it will help.)
Adobe After effects (tutorials that you know can be simpel or a page to download ).

Now i m wondering i have the real game bought ( it s a MUST bought it ) . I can try play it with my emulator but my epsxE160. but i couldnt get luck take the backgrounds DX is the last thing i need of it. So if someone rip sprite from a game for ps1 can give me the name of the program it will be great help.

Now i tried look tutorials too but without luck the two pages that looked for me enugh shows advance things ==.

Ufff, I have zero experience about sprite ripping.

It lets you view the pictures from PlayStation games. I have no idea, if this helps. X(
