Information

Basically this collab lack members. We need people, who are willing to waste 24 Frames of animation for this collab.
Would be awesome if someone who still exists on this forum join.

Simple.
In Flash you can make animations. (duh)
It uses those things called frames. One frame represents one picture, the second frame another one, etc.

Playing those frames sequentially creates something called "motion picture".

Now, in this collab you're only allowed to create an animation with 24 frames or the more specific 1 second.

Mid-March.

The rules/specs are the following:
Fps: 24
Dimensions: 960x540
Actionscript: AS2
Name all your objects like this: "username"."object" (example: Tom.MyBg)

Not Allowed
Mature Content (Excessive Gore, Pornography)
Stick Figures
Seizure Inducing Content
Music

Allowed
Everything else
Sound effects
Any version of Flash

Would it be allowed if I included a full body figure along with the stick figure?

I instantly had the idea of a female character pecking Sketchy on the cheek, and he gave a random and hilarious reaction by blushing greatly and giving off a super-saiyan-like energy.

Think of Takasaki-Sensei's reaction when he heard that the principal left Sakurai-Sensei a gift on episode 1 of Nichijou. Hopefully you've seen it.

Hmmm... I think, I can arrange that. Just do your thing and I may be able to loosen the "No Stick Figures" restriction.

This one should work perfectly fine. Do NOT register it. Also, enter serial number in order remove trial mode.

Yeah, 1-second long music tracks are fine.
Like I said, just make the animation. We are lacking members anyway, so it doesn't really matter much at this point.

Okay, 'cause I was thinking that he had already set some background music along with the collab which was why it was prohibited, so now I see it's fine.
I'll see what I could possibly find from what I have that could go well with the scene.
Speaking of scenes, mine's already 50% complete! Very Happy
Characters are set. Just need to make a suitable background and sound effects to go along with it.

Hmm... now where to find a suitable outburst noise...?

A lot of things actually.
Filling plot holes, sounds, OSTs to compose, character designs (I have about 5 or 6 complete so far), a good mic for voices, revising the storyline AGAIN, writing the script, renaming the series (Classic Legends just didn't seem to work), etc.

You've had a lot of my sympathies. lol

I started with a crap mic though. My voice acting didn't do it any better too. >_>

But yeah. There's a lot to consider when making a series.

From what I've seen and what I have around my house, I think that possibly using a thin sheet of toilet paper about 3 inches away from the mic could allow one to produce a good quality sound without the breath hitting the mic.
I've yet to try it myself, but it's worth a shot I suppose...
